“TimberMate” is a system for the timber traders and exporters. 

This products covers the purchase and sales of timber including all 

contracts documentation as well as the monitoring of the completion  

of these contracts. To do so, it tracks the delivery of timber, its  

processes (such as kilning, bundling, combination of parcels, etc), 

licencing documentation, payment of cess to MTIB and invoicing  

documentation such as packing list, kiln certification, etc. 

This system also tracks the movement of these stocks and integrates 

with the accounting system.
